Do you sell via shows, stores, printed catalogues etc?
Currently we are purely online so all orders have to be placed either online or over the phone, however we are happy for you to collect your goods once we have informed you they are ready for collection.

What is digitizing?
A print image cannot be used for embroidery. It must be digitized, which is the process of making it into a file that an embroidery machine can read. We offer a very reasonable digitizing rate package.
How do I get my logo digitized?
Send us an e-mail to below addresses with your logo attached in JPG, TIF, GIF, or PDF format, although JPG is preferred.
We will then send you a short confirmation email. If you do not receive a confimation, please check you spam inbox or bulk inbox of your email.
I don’t have a logo. Do you have design services?
We offer graphic design services. Our designer has many years experience in graphic design and is an equestrian, so we have the perfect combination! Contact us for further information and a quote.
Can you digitize any print image? ie, a drawing or a picture
We can digitize a logo from several different types of files as mentioned above, however, we cannot digitize a photograph of a logo, or a drawing. A graphic designer is required to produce a print image we can work with.
How long does digitizing take?
Digitizing takes a few days. We use a very professional digitizing service, and their work is excellent. After we confirm thread colours, we do a “sew out” on the machine to see how it sews. You will receive a picture of the sewout for approval. Only then will we proceed with embroidering your order. Plan on about 3-4 weeks for a logo to be digitized, sewn out and approved.
When embroidering text, what font should I choose?
There are 2 fonts to choose from:
Chancery – Elegant simple font tends to suit female names. There are examples of Chancery and Block Fonts on every product chart where additional embroidery is offered.
Block – Used when clear concise lettering is required, e.g. EQUESTRIAN TEAM. Usually done in UPPER CASE.

Where do I locate logos and text on my garment(s)?
Rule of thumb: Left chest logo, right sleeve name.
Should I have the back of my jacket embroidered?
Simple answer – on outerwear, YES.
The more visible your organization is, the better. Your apparel comes with a left chest logo (which is free), so we often recommend large text across the back of your jacket. If you choose to do that, we will digitize the font from your logo for this purpose. That gives you a professional look – front and back. Here is an example of large text that we digitized to match the font used in the customer’s logo.
You can also digitize your logo for jacket back embroidery, blankets and coolers. Because of high stitch count, some jacket back logos are costly to digitize and embroider. That is why the large text option can be more cost effective.
How big is the embroidery?
It varies depending on the size of the garment, so the dimensions are approximate:
Chest logo: 3” x 3”
Large back/front logo: up to 12” round
Large text: approx. 10” across
How much does digitizing cost?
Please refer to DIGITIZING EXPLAINED. We have a very reasonable logo package that most customers purchase. The savings are considerable.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE
Package travel times vary depending on your location. Shipments typically take 5 – 10 business days from date of shipment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders usually take 3- 4 weeks. After Nov 1, expect 4 – 5 weeks.
The cutoff date for pre-Xmas delivery is Nov 15. Orders taken or placed after that date are not guaranteed.
